When I ran for Congress, I promised results, not more empty talk from Washington. I want to show you exactly what that’s looked like so far.

Fighting for our water. I secured $1 billion in western water infrastructure funding, including $540 million going directly to California dams, canals, and water projects. I got $5 million to combat invasive golden mussels threatening our water systems, and delivered local wins for the Pine Flat Dam Raise, Eastman Lake Enlargement, and groundwater recharge projects across Fresno, Tulare, and Kaweah. I introduced the Water Infrastructure Resiliency Act to protect our water systems for the long haul, and I’m still fighting Sacramento’s bureaucrats every time they try to take our water away.

Standing up for our military and national security. I delivered nearly $98 million for NAS Lemoore’s Strike Fighter Center of Excellence and F-35 hangar, and for a new Child Development Center at NAWS China Lake. I secured $39.5 million more for hypersonic testing, rocket lab infrastructure, and readiness programs at Edwards Air Force Base and China Lake, protecting the installations that anchor our local economy and our national defense.

Bringing NASA innovation home. My ANCHOR Act, which protects cybersecurity on America’s academic research fleet, passed the House 412-11. My ACERO Act, using NASA drone technology to help fight wildfires, advanced out of committee unanimously, 34-0.

Cutting the red tape that’s driving up your costs. I took on Gavin Newsom’s “hidden climate tax” on cargo ships, forced accountability that led the Trump administration to finally pull the plug on California’s high-speed rail boondoggle, and I’m pushing back on the State Water Board every time it tries to move the goalposts on Central Valley families.
